On today's show, Red Bull's professional adventure racer Rebecca Rusch stops by the studio to talk her new documentary Blood Road. The movie tracks her bike ride 1,200 miles down the Ho Chi Minh trail to find her veteran father's crash site. Adam asks her why she gravitated towards a sport that puts its participants through so much pain. Rebecca then explains the mental strength required to participate in extreme endurance events that see her riding, rafting and running for days straight. Adam then gets an invite to Idaho to ride 100 miles with Rebecca. We'll see if he takes her up on it.
