Almost forgot...Ace man, I know you ain't big on people riding your leg, so I'll try to be brief with my praise. Just gotta say that it's truly fucking fantastic whenever you share your past struggles with reading and writing.
People need to hear about other real people overcoming obstacles. Same thing with your personal rags to riches story. Fucking awesome bro!!! A good example is the best sermon, and you sir are a good example.

I agree with Bryan. 2 guns was fucking horrible.
About the "maybe we need more prison guards" conversation: No, no we do not. 95.9 percent of what prison guards do is count. They count inmates 8 (or more) times throughout any 24 hour period. They often fuck up the count, so then they have to re-count (which means you have to stand there at your bunk for another 30 minutes). They certainly don't do ANY work. They make inmates do any real work. Definitely ain't no fucking guard cleaning ANYTHING. A guard cleaning something or doing any kind of physical labor? Are you fucking kidding me? Not a chance.
...and about prison rape. There's much more of that on TV and movies than there is in real life. Plenty of willing people. Truth is, homosexuality is frowned on more in the joint than it is in the free world. People might do it (I don't know. I avoided that scene...I only had an eight year sentence, so turning that corner never even entered my mind), but it ain't something that's talked about a whole bunch.
