Great blog Adam. Point #2 works not just in weight loss but in all acsepts of life. Have a dream or ultimate goal but break it down into smaller goals so you achieve all the way not just at the end.

I prefer the ipnohe because it is also a phone But i hate both, the touch screen kills this .And the psp is so sad for not being a phone . the psp since it is only a game console, it should have hd quality, if it had i would buy one. I don't want games with ps2 like graphics in that little screen About the pandora i really like the analogic sticks, which should have been used on the psp I think the nintendo 3ds will be the one to rise

mum was there around 1940 ish I think and she was there for a few years, her ptrenas hardly visited her. Must have been hard for a small child in a strange place. Sir Harry Platt operated on her and replaced the diseased part of her hip with a pigs bone, an experimental operation at the time. Biddulph Grange was featured on an Australian gardening programme a few years ago (Burkes Backyard) and I didn't twig until later that it was the same place mum was in.A small world indeed.
