Founding member of the band Korn, Brian "Head" Welch sits down with Adam for this week's episode of Take A Knee. Adam and Brian open the show talking about their history together, which includes a hilarious bit from The Man Show. After that, Brian talks about his addiction to drugs and alcohol while trying to raise his young daughter with his also drug addicted wife. This leads him to discuss how he found his faith by becoming a born again Christian. before they wrap, Brian talks about re joining the band in 2012 and his current status playing in the band.
Randy and Adam open the show talking about how a sport like wrestling shapes your character. Adam then asks about Randy's parents and they talk about how those relationships influenced him as a person. They talk a bit about his 6 years in the army, and picking up wrestling again, then eventually going to the Olympic Wrestling Trials, which led to his collegiate wrestling career at Oklahoma State. He talks about how he learned from some of his wrestling losses and used that later in his MMA career. They then dive in to his complicated relationship with Dana White. They close the show discussing how Randy has used what he has learned in his combat career and applying it to his acting career.
