Adam and Teresa jump directly into some sad local news: the fruit vendor who works near Teresa has been stabbed. They talk about the mental condition of people capable of such actions, and Adam gives some unique advice to people organizing the federal budget.
Teresa talks about the death of the Craig’s List killer in prison, and Adam anticipates the pending lawsuits. In other news, they also talk about Kara DiGuardio being let go from American Idol, and Adam is reminded of losing his job at the radio station. They also discuss more Mel Gibson drama, and lastly the relationship between Sadie Frost and Jude Law.
Larry Miller comes on the show and adds more color to Adam’s joke about living ‘ass-to-fist’. He and Adam laugh about how they used to write sitcom jokes back in the day, and also discuss life in prison. They play a round of Hypothetical Questions, and Teresa is reminded of her recent experience getting a book blurb from Jenny McCarthy. Larry also tells some stories from his party days, and Adam recalls dealing with drunk people.
Rachelle Spector comes in studio, and Adam talks to her about her marriage to producer Phil Spector. Adam asks about the rumors surrounding his large restaurant tips, and also gets more details about his second degree murder trial. Rachelle talks about her love and devotion to this day, and how she’s earned an investigative license to assist him in the court appeals process.
They also talk about her work at Genius Forever Records, and the release of her album, ‘Out of My Chelle.’ They listen to a sample and go on a side jag about trombone solos. Adam asks her a bit about her background, and suggests she would be great as a judge on American Idol. Rachelle talks to Adam about his experience on Dancing with the Stars, and asks him to hook her up with a gig.
Wrapping up the news, Teresa goes through thefrisky.com’s list of super inappropriate celebrity dads. Adam offers his criticisms of Rod Stewart, Ryan O’Neal, Donald Trump, and several others. They also talk to Rachelle about her marriage to an older man, and working on Phil Spector’s hairstyles.
