On today's show, Red Bull's professional adventure racer Rebecca Rusch stops by the studio to talk her new documentary Blood Road. The movie tracks her bike ride 1,200 miles down the Ho Chi Minh trail to find her veteran father's crash site. Adam asks her why she gravitated towards a sport that puts its participants through so much pain. Rebecca then explains the mental strength required to participate in extreme endurance events that see her riding, rafting and running for days straight. Adam then gets an invite to Idaho to ride 100 miles with Rebecca. We'll see if he takes her up on it.

Fox NFL Sunday's Curt Menefee joins Ace today to talk about his book, Losing Isn't Everything. The guys chat about some of the worst sporting losses in history including "The Catch" made over Rodney Harrison and why that was not the play that truly bothered him. They then chat about how Curt came to be one of the most prominent broadcasters in sports, having come from abject poverty in Atlanta.
