They talk a bit about his 6 years in the army, and picking up wrestling again, then eventually going to the Olympic Wrestling Trials, which led to his collegiate wrestling career at Oklahoma State. He talks about how he learned from some of his wrestling losses and used that later in his MMA career. They then dive in to his complicated relationship with Dana White. They close the show discussing how Randy has used what he has learned in his combat career and applying it to his acting career.
