Today, Adam is joined by former television executive and founder of Comedy Central, Art Bell. He shares the struggles he had convincing HBO of an all-comedy channel, not giving up on his pitch and drilling down on his idea until it came to fruition. They both reflect on starting in jobs outside of the field of entertainment and the importance of having drive go along with luck in life. Art shares his belief in seeing opportunities come up and how plans can change throughout your career. Chad shares his story of losing his eyesight at a young age and not letting that deter him from becoming a highly successful executive.
