This week, Adam sits down with Runa Drinks Co-Founder and Chairman, Tyler Gage. They kick off the conversation by chatting about Tyler's mental exercises that were taught to him by a madman of a physical trainer. Tyler then discusses how those mental exercises led to a greater athletic output during his time playing soccer at Brown and how they eventually led him to the Amazon.
